Legitimation. What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?

The legal basis for the processing of your data is based on the consent that will be requested in any contact form. The user who provides personal data through any contact form on the Cygyc website, is voluntarily providing personal data (from now on Personal Data). The personal information that you provide us through any contact form and in the emails, will be entered into an automated file under the responsibility of Cygyc, and will be kept confidential and protected.

In this regard, Cygyc informs users that, in compliance with art. 5 of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, this entity has files with personal data, properly notified and registered with the Spanish Agency for the Protection of Personal Data, and in compliance with the GDPR 679/2016 has an Activity Register.
